(For 1st-8th Grade)

Our after-school program offers a nurturing and secure environment for students once their regular school day ends. Here, your child will receive guidance to complete their schoolwork and receive additional coaching when required. Once the schoolwork is finished, students will engage in supplementary learning activities, including Singapore Math, Common Core Math, and English language exercises. We provide on-site access to Chromebooks for any computer-related assignments or tasks. We aim to create an enriching educational experience that supports your child’s academic growth and development.

To enhance the convenience for parents, we offer a pick-up-from-school service where our responsible and patient driver will pick up your child directly from their school. Students will then be safely transported to our facility for our after-school learning program.

Currently, our pick-up service is available for the following schools:

John Sinnott Elementary
Robert Randall Elementary
Milpitas Christian School
Northwood Elementary
Rancho Middle School

For schools not listed above, we may be able to accommodate requests upon approval. Please contact our staff for further information and to discuss the possibility of extending our pick-up service to your child’s school. We strive to provide a seamless and reliable transportation solution that ensures a smooth transition from school to our after-school learning center.

Policies

1. Payment:
   • A late fee of $20 will be applied for payments received after the 7th day of each month.
   • Refunds will not be issued for any uncompleted month of the afterschool program.
   • Tuition and transportation fees will not be prorated for holidays or missed school days, except for the month of August (the start of the school year). November and December will be given discounted rates.
   • Payment must be settled in full before termination of enrollment.
2. Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
   • A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for program withdrawal, and such notice must be provided via email. Fees for an incomplete month will not be refunded.
   • Students who are inactive for 4 or more months of the regular school year will be considered a new student and subject to a registration fee
3. Snack Policy:
   • In consideration of allergy and hygiene concerns, the learning center does not provide snacks. Parents are kindly requested to pack a healthy additional snack for their children.
4. Notification of Minimum Days and School Holidays:
   • It is the responsibility of parents to inform the learning center, via email, about upcoming minimum days and school holidays. This allows us to plan for any necessary changes in pick-up schedules.
5. Student Pick-Up Policy:
   • Students must be present at the designated pick-up area (drive-through) on time, with all their belongings.
   • The learning center cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind at school.
6. Absence and Pick-Up Notification:
   • Parents are required to notify the center via email if their child will be absent from school or if they will be picking up their child personally.
