At Star Academics, we are dedicated to enhancing language skills through a creative bridging approach to reading and writing to help your child achieve academic excellence. Our English program consists of two major areas:
Reading Comprehension
At our centers, we steer clear of boring and outdated textbooks. Instead, we embrace engaging and up-to-date leveled reading materials tailored to your child’s abilities, igniting their passion for reading and enriching their general knowledge.
Beyond simply reading, we equip your child with powerful techniques to enhance their comprehension skills. Through expert guidance, they will master the art of answering questions effectively, ultimately elevating their proficiency in comprehending passages.

Writing
We empower your child with the essential tools to unleash their creative writing abilities, while also honing their skills in crafting compelling and well-structured essays.
Our curriculum encourages exploration and mastery of various writing genres, including narrative, expository, opinion, and persuasive. Through guided practice and expert instruction, your child will develop a strong command over these different styles, fostering versatility and confidence in their writing endeavors.
