- Payment:
- A late fee of $10/day will be applied for payments received after the 7th day of each month.
- Refunds will not be issued for any uncompleted month of the after-school program.
- Tuition and transportation fees will not be prorated for holidays or missed school days, except for August & June. November and December will be given discounted rates.
- Payment must be settled in full before termination of enrollment.
- Withdrawal and Refund Policy:
- A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required for program withdrawal, and such notice must be provided via email. Fees for an incomplete month will not be refunded.
- Students who are inactive for 4 or more months of the regular school year will be considered a new student and subject to a registration fee
- Snack Policy:
- In consideration of allergy and hygiene concerns, the learning center does not provide snacks. Parents are kindly requested to pack a healthy additional snack for their children.
- Notification of Minimum Days and School Holidays:
- It is the responsibility of parents to inform the learning center, via email, about upcoming minimum days and school holidays. This allows us to plan for any necessary changes in pick-up schedules.
- Student Pick-Up Policy:
- Students must be present at the designated pick-up area (drive-through) on time, with all their belongings.
- The learning center cannot be held responsible for any belongings left behind at school.
- Absence and Pick-Up Notification:
- Parents must notify the center via email if their child will be absent from school or if they will be picking up their child personally.
